Waymarked routes in Cœur de Lomagne
La Boucle de l'Auroue ( round trip on foot or mountain bike)
Distance: 20km. Departure point: Saint-Clar, from the "salle de l'ail” (parking available).
Duration: 5 hours.

Minimum altitude : 119m. Maximum altitude : 202m.

Saint-Clar – Lavit (on foot only)
Old track which once linked the market towns of Lavit and Saint-Clar. The two councils have worked in partnership to restore and waymark the path, which is 23km long. The route reopened in 2010. Departure points are the market halls of either Lavit or Saint-Clar.

Mountain bike and cycling route
The “White Garlic Country” route is just over 55km long. Level of difficulty: Easy. The difference between minimum and maximum altitudes is 867 metres.
