Walking

Waymarked routes in Cœur de Lomagne

La Boucle de l'Auroue ( round trip on foot or mountain bike)
Distance: 20km. Departure point: Saint-Clar, from the "salle de l'ail” (parking available).
Duration: 5 hours. .
Alternative route: 14km.
Minimum altitude : 119m. Maximum altitude : 202m.

Sur le chemin de Notre Dame de Tudet (pédestre)
Longueur 10 kms. Départ : Tournecoupe, place de la mairie. Duration : 3 heures.
Altitude mini : 111m. Altitude maxi : 203m

Saint-Clar – Lavit (on foot only)

Old track which once linked the market towns of Lavit and Saint-Clar. The two councils have worked in partnership to restore and waymark the path, which is 23km long. The router reopened in 2010. Departure points are the market halls of either Lavit or Saint-Clar.

There are other, shorter and unofficial walking routes, both from Saint-Clar, and from other local villages.

Four routes available, starting from Saint-Clar, from 20 to 30km.

Mountain bike and cycling route
The “White Garlic Country” route is just over 55km long. Level of difficulty: Easy. The difference between minimum and maximum altitudes is 867 metres.
